Start your path to a career in real estate with a course in Real Estate Registration. This course comprehensively addresses a broad range of skills and knowledge via formal units selected from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice to prepare you for registering as a real estate sales person including buying, selling, business management, showing and inspecting properties and more.

About this Course:

The course is carried out online with support from our friendly, helpful trainers.

International Students are welcome to join but a student visa is not available for this programme.

Note: The units in this qualification address the Queensland state real estate industry requirements. Each state has state-specific requirements for real estate work training so we recommend that you check with your local state authorities prior to commencing training.

A real estate salesperson registration certificate allows you to:

  • buy, sell, exchange or rent houses, businesses, land or any interest in these
  • manage their place of business (except the principal place of business), unless you are registered with conditions
  • negotiate on behalf of a buyer, seller, landlord or exchange or rent houses, businesses or land
  • show property to potential buyers
  • inspect and assess property for sale or rent
  • advertise a property for rent or sale (includes setting up signs)
  • open up a property for inspection for sale or rent.

My trainer Richard Kim provided great support and care when I was sick due to the pandemic. Richard gave me extra time on assignments. He also explained every topic with great patience. I consider myself extremely lucky to be his student.

Words cannot express accurately enough how grateful I am for having Fanny as my trainer during most of my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. The level of her service delivery was above and beyond my expectations, as well as her ethics and the knowledge and skill set she kindly shared with her students, always with a positive attitude, broad smile and gentleness that are her trademark.

Angelica Okawa

Teachers and general staff are always willing to attend our needs, tutoring, questions or even basic documents from reception. The campus is organised and clean. Library, learning materials and even the kitchen are always available for student’s use. I feel comfortable studying here and supported by my teachers. Having chosen to study Childcare at Charlton Brown has being a great decision. Thank you Fanny and Fei for your constant support both in theory assessments!
