An effective teacher is one who directs, facilitates and manages the students' learning process. Da Teng is one of them. I like his flexible teaching style, positive belief in the ability to solve translating problems, willingness and motivation to listen and caring for students. 

I'm very happy with the service and education Charlton Brown provided! Alvin's teaching was fun, creative and entertaining. He likes to talk about trending topics in the class. He's also fast at answering any questions.

Thanks to CB admin staff Shirley, Menu, and My teacher Fei, Beth and Fanny for providing the care and support. I'll start working casually at a childcare centre soon after the placement. I'm extremely happy with my achievement!

I've been enjoying the course a lot. I gained the knowledge in the classroom and then apply it at workplace. The staff, the student services, they are all friendly and supportive. 

I am very satisfied with CB.  I finished Cert III Individual Support and Cert IV Disability with trainer Jericho. He has been a superb help in completing my course.  Although he is strict on attendance and submission, he gives us flexibility in completing our assessments and offers free one-on-one consultation. He patiently explains to us the subjects we find difficult to understand.CB admin team Menu and Shirley has been very wonderful in helping me with all my needs. I could not ask for a better educational institution in my studies here in Brisbane.

I highly recommend this course. Da Teng is very helpful and supportive to all students and thanks to him, I passed NAATI and became a certified translator. I also improved my English a lot from this course. It was a great learning experience. 

I'm loving studying design at the institute - it's fast-paced but the staff, the labs, the learning are awesome. The opportunity to start from scratch to design and market a clothing line is super exciting.

I've been really improving my English, and I'm very excited to start high school in Australia.

I had a great lecturer and he was very accommodating during my few months so far at Charlton Brown. Classes are conducted through a great combination of in-person and online via Microsoft Teams which is very beneficial while I juggle work and studies - plus I really love their IT labs; they have really great equipment!

Richard was my biggest help throughout the course, he’s very supportive & always ready to help answering questions. He is also willing to provide an extra one-on-one session. Qunie from student services always responded promptly to any request.

I am very happy with my achievement during the course. Edwin has always been very helpful with any difficulties. He has always made the class experience very interactive and approachable. I am very glad to be a part of his class.

I've had a really fantastic time studying with the college - our training team are really personable and give us a really in-depth and industry-relevant training experience - both in terms of learning to cook, but also running a kitchen.

My trainer Richard Kim provided great support and care when I was sick due to the pandemic. Richard gave me extra time on assignments. He also explained every topic with great patience. I consider myself extremely lucky to be his student.

Words cannot express accurately enough how grateful I am for having Fanny as my trainer during most of my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Teachers and general staff are always willing to attend our needs, tutoring, questions or even basic documents from reception. The campus is organised and clean. Library, learning materials and even the kitchen are always available for student's use. I feel comfortable studying here and supported by my teachers. Charlton Brown's trainers are excellent, helping me throughout my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education with incredible examples from the industry, blending their experience and background into the lessons; it really makes the training engaging.
